Dear valued customer,
Thank you for choosing to shop with us at Designyaar. We want to provide you with some important information regarding order dispatch, delivery, tracking, placing orders, applying coupon codes, shipping to a different address, canceling/editing orders, available payment options, and our return/exchange policy.
ORDER DISPATCH AND DELIVERY:
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible and ship it through our trusted logistics partner. Please note that delivery usually takes 8 to 10 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. We kindly request your understanding that we cannot provide a specific dispatch date for each order. However, if your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days, you’re welcome to DM us on Instagram for full support. Please note that we are not obliged to confirm any details before 10 working days.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the name of the courier partner via email or SMS on your registered mobile number.
PLACING AN ORDER:
To place an order, simply browse through our products and click on the “Add To Cart” button. After adding all the products you wish to purchase, review them in your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your information, choose your payment method, follow the necessary steps, and your order will be placed.
APPLYING COUPON CODES:
After adding selected products to your cart, view your cart to review your order. If we are running an offer, we will provide a coupon code either on the website banner or our Instagram page. Once you have the code, proceed to the checkout page and look for the option to apply a coupon code. Enter the code, and the page will reload with your revised total.
SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS:
During the ordering process, you can choose to ship your order to an alternate address.
CANCELING/EDITING YOUR ORDER:
To cancel or edit your order after making the payment on our website, please contact our Customer Care via WhatsApp at +91 9810837201 within 12 hours of placing your order. Please mention your order number in the message. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to assist you. However, if it has already been shipped, we will be unable to process your request.
**The wallpapers will not be applicable for a return or refund process **
AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can choose from the following payment options:

UPI/Wallets
Net Banking
Bank Transfer

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We only accept exchanges/returns in the case of receiving damaged/defective products (complete unboxing video required from opening the package to the end). Only photos will not be considered, and no exchange/return requests will be entertained after 1 week of delivery. Please note that we do not have a pickup facility, so you will need to courier the product back to us. We will bear the courier charges up to Rs. 100. Contact us for further details.
